@kite722 - It's been like that for as long as scans have been around. For many, many years. Translating Japanese to English is heavily dependent on interpretation and subtle nuance. In the past, people simply considered it a different "flavor" to give them a more complete understanding of the overall picture. Nowadays though, it seems more like everyone is always looking for a reason to get upset, pick sides, and actually limit the options available to themselves. This is one of the only aggregations that actually give you a choice, and convenience; I'd say that's good.
To me, it says more about
you if your default thought process is to get upset/triggered, post pointless cynicism, and assume people are doing something for such a petty or malicious reason. I'm sure you're a cool guy and are chill to hangout with, and I know it's hard as shit in this age of social media and anonymity, but try to view things in a more positive light. You will be way happier than you'd think and silly crap won't bother you as much.
