Yor maybe be another one when you look at her inhuman strength or her parents may be connected as they died in unknown circumstances. Same goes for Loid I guess- we don't know if Agency took him first after war or someone else. At least all previous numbers should be older than Anya as she was number 7.

While anti-tank dogs were one of the most atrocious things devised by man, most we've saw last chapter was some verbal abuse. I mean, dogs do not suffer that much from just wearing the vest (well, there's a matter of them being kept hungry, i guess), but they sure do suffer a ton when electrocuted.
