Oh I don't know maybe it's because it's a dick move not to bother to check up on the guy who literally just helped stall for time needed to save your goddamn life? Maybe to thank the guy for putting your life before his? Is that too much to ask? Maybe because it's the decent human thing to do? Is it impossible to talk to Ohma on the way there? I don't know man maybe the fans care more about Koga than the writer does this chapter.

@0takuDragonSlayer Maybe don't get your panties in a twist and think for a second that the second richest man and former head of the biggest association in Japan has assured Koga's safety and well being and are probably taking him to a hospital far higher in quality than the usual and away from prying eyes. Seeing as they're already keeping the Worm investigation a secret from the rest of the Kengan Association, it might be best to not let them know one of their figureheads and his fighter were attacked by the group.

the 2 problems with this chapter are :

1 / the author can start the explaination / exposition at page 10 :

- mr yamashita , you are coming with us back to our headquarter . oh , and here is the explaination / exposition : blah blah blah blah ... yada yada yada yada yada ...
- ok , i understand everything now .

but the author wastes the next SEVEN pages for the loser weakling ohma with his nonsense talk ( FYI , i am never a fan of ohma ) :
- fukk the explaination / exposition , im hungry , i will eat dinner 1st . and Christmas is the season for lovers , so lets have a date night , yamashitakazuo , even though the boy raian is my husband now . and im too stupid to give you the explaination / exposition , so other more smarter people will do it in the next chapter .

2 / and the author wrote this : the old geezer yamashitakazuo doesnt immediately check on the states of his secretary and narushima and ryuki and his 2 real sons , with just some simple phone calls , so he is kind of a heartless , absent-minded , forgetful , senile old man .

He asked why people are freaking out how about this and I explained why. It's never a good look when someone puts their life on the line for you and you don't even bother to check up on them personally. Especially when in anime and manga it's commonplace to check up on the injured immediately after the fighting is done. He doesn't need to tell the rest of the association about jack shit in order to pay the kid a visit or give him a simple "thank you". I get Ohma's back in the MC sit(for now) but that doesn't mean Koga's condition should get down played.

You basically summed up why this chapter feels so out of character for Kazu. He's not the type of character to calmly wait when he knows people close to him just escaped death.
