On /a/ translators are saying part of this chapter is super wrong, and looking into it myself- yeah. The part where Adachi is talking about how he knows he likes Yamada.
As an anon put it, he's talking about jerking off. TL says he confused it because the meaning of "jerking off" in the Japanese text is basically slang, and there's another term that uses the same kanji which was what he found through looking the kanji up.
Specifically Adachi's saying he can't actually bust a nut to Yamada anymore, and that like, everyone says you know you like someone when you can't jerk it to them anymore.
The actual conflict of the chapter is basically... Well, our dear Kyou-chan jerks off to Yamada, and he can't deny it, but if what Adachi is saying is true, then he "must not really like her."
I won't be surprised if the chapter gets deleted and reuploaded, it really recontextualizes things even though there are only a few panels that'd need changing.
