@MaTu94 Since the world works with game logic stats etc, he probably couldn't damage the core enough to destroy it in one attack. Yeah game logic in realistic looking world is weird, in the novel form it's not so apparent since we don't have visual portrayal of what the characters doing and more on how the attack works in game logic <_<

She's so powerful and so changed by the experiment that she creates a barrier inside of the MC's soul, separating her from the abyss that are the other souls consumed by Gluttony. She trains the MC in his spiritworld, and helps him out from inside. She and Greed communicate there at times, and even helps Greed form his old body there at least once so that he and the MC can spar.

I feel like this MC is never going to buckle down and plan out his future or have consistent progression, I thought the stat sacrifice would be cool if the payoff was worth the investment(the Chimera), but this stat reset mechanic also forces his weapon to change its default form with the promise of a higher grade...

He's just always going to be a wandering loner, no society will ever be good or moral enough for him to integrate with, that's where edgy becomes a demerit IMO, not the cool powers or the plot, but the characters tend to drag the whole thing down at some point.

@TheKuudereDude Im thinking that was a test facility for raising the sins series skills. Myne survived it but maybe the weapons were also those kids in that facility. If they manufactured a girl into that chimera i can believe they did the same with Greed and Sloth that mc and myne wield too

Would you guys mind translating the new Tanaka ~Nenrei Equal Kanojo Inaireki no Mahoutsukai~ manga. It got remade by another company and they are now on their 25 chapter. Whimsubs was translating it, but they stopped at ch.3 and it doesn't look like they will go any further.

At this point Greed feels like a fucking detriment. He constantly needs stats to dish out damage and 10% and 20% are needed to even make a damage against a Chimera (probably not even a major enemy in this story). Myne does not seem to have this problem and is ridiculously overpowered that way. With MC having 6-digit stats it is indicated that Myne is still miles ahead of him. Can we assume that her stats are in billions then? She also does not seem to face the backlash of losing control? For being both in the sins Gluttony is pretty trash and is probably in the bottom-tier even with its supposed 'game-breaking' nature.
