This was well worth the delay in my opinion. This little break chapter really made me feel happy since we got to see what so many characters who'd been previously defeated were up to, especially for Metal Bat, Tank Top Master, and Mumen Rider.
Again, this chapter was well worth the wait, even if it doesn't have any combat.

Metal Bat can just miraculously act like he's undamaged, because he's S Class. And Mumen Rider, well, you can't stop him, his spirit is unmatched; who has the heart to tell that guy not to do his best?

@sait2009, I saw an explanation for this a while ago, but basically "Licenseless Rider" is a literal translation, but the title Mumen Rider is the more accurate romanization, since his name is also supposed to be a reference to the Kamen Rider archetype.
