Because it was rushed. Like it was rushed to hell once they entered Muzan's stronghold and the last fight was lame as fuck. On top of that, no the demon threat isn't really gone. The Blue Spider Lily still exists, there isn't impossible for other demons to have been made. Ones older than Muzan since the doctor who turned Muzan into a demon knew what would happen to him so at least one demon would have to have been created before Muzan. Then there was the whole debacle of where that guy learnt medicine from.

Yeah, like I said, it all happened too fast. I assume the manga and the anime have all been popular enough for it to stick around, so I wonder if the author was just bored and didn't like the idea of doing several hundred more chapters of content, considering how much they had introduced. Even by the time of the train it was like "ugh, 10 top tier demons to deal with? uhhhhhh no see it turns out that 5 of them sucked and it's the top 5 who are actually good, killing the other 5 now".

But although the ending was rushed, the ending itself seemed like a good one.

At least it wasn't like game of thrones where they didn't even have the decency to go fast and instead just replaced characters and settings and lore entirely in order to end things fast (because they thought they were in line for fat star wars bucks as soon as they were done but then they lost that too lmao)

That was an... interesting... ending... Not.. uh, exactly my cup of tea, but as a series it was... ok... I didn't dislike anything in particular, just felt like a standard affair shounen, slightly above average overall (imo of course).

In my opinion it should’ve ended off at chapter before this. Otherwise the manga was pretty good. Oh and the ending was very abrupt, story went by so quick it felt.

I really likes how empathetic Tanjiro had, a truly great protagonist. It was also really great how the ending, Muzan wasn't killed by one person but by the combined efforts of everyone. Would have been nice to see the rest of the people live out peaceful lives before skipping to modern day!

I liked the ending, reincarnated past lives getting to live life that couldnt been done in the past. This belief is strongly ingrain within Japanese culture, I get why foreigners couldnt appreciate the beauty. Although it was rushed, the author has her reasons for doing so, 1000+ chapter series is too overrated anyways.

I really liked this ending actually, since in the end, all the blood, the tears, the deaths were for a world like this, one where everyone can live happily in peace and now we see the ones who fought and died for all of this being able to live freely as well. I think it's sweet and really helps to soothe all the sadness from all the deaths before. (and let's be honest, Gotouge probably saw the trash heap fire endings for Naruto and Bleach and was like 'nah, I'll reincarnate before I give Tanjirou a dad cut')

anyways, is it me or is it pretty cruel for Tanjirou to tell Yushirou not to die? and now he has to live in hiding for eternity only being able to draw Tamayo as an outlet for his loneliness now that everyone who knows about him is dead and everyone else he meets will also move on without him as he's stuck in a neverending life. also sad that Inosuke's not with everyone when he reincarnates

Tbh I hated the ending bc it was way too short like Really Demon Tanjiro for only one chapter and the fight was going so good but after Muszan showed it kinda sucked. Like how overpowering the Drug was and he himself was way too overpowered. It was a cheap ass way to Overhype him and then making him have a huge ass disadvantage which he shouldn't have had and The ending should've ended in the house not get reincarnated and eww sult Nezuko makes her cute innocence goes away. Even how the Fight started was so unexpected. Like it came outta nowhere people, and When the sun was rising some how Tanjiro can survive it too?! Idk it just the author giving away so bad of a plot twist with no good reason. I feel that the upper demon 3 had a better fight than Muzan. But the Story was great and the Animation and Music will replace the Bad of an ending.
