@EmiYusa naruto season 2 vibe all around here...
not a good premise.
To be honest i didn't liked that quirk evolved, feeled like bullshit powerups.
why only the league evolved? why only midoriya? why not a common occurrence in the world? it is a cheap way to move forward the plot by powering up the villains and bandaid the protagonist, instead of actually creating a story

idk about Naruto but yeah ... Everything that could be going on .. just over power the worse character and do something! also (probably) kill characters or at least heavily injured them in the process
