Fuminotards malding over original route's "bad writing" and at the same time hyping up this route even though the only reason why the story branched off / Nariyuki fell in love with her is because she got an injury instead him. 🤡

@Jackist, the problem is more trying to cramp all romantic development into one volume because for most time, this series avoided commitment were the ending was acceptable because it was the ending, didnt matter who won, only someone had won.
Now there is the elephant in the room of trying to make every girl win as their romantic development with the male lead was about zero until now, the series also lacked a theme or overreaching arc, as much people (shippers) complained about Nisekoi there was a direction and a idea, this abandoned it fairly soon as characters remained more or less static and Yuiga became a trophy for "the winner" and not a character, since everyone wins then Yuiga is irrelevant since there is no space to develop Yuiga and the "route girl" so it feels shallow and cheap, doesnt help we know who is going to win anyway and there is no tension.
Other series did that with extra chapters of "what if", worked better because they were simply "what if" and entirely not relevant to the main story, they also worked on the couple chemistry as all this highlights is that Yuiga doesnt have any real chemistry with any of them, they just like him because he is the MC ... thats it.
And I have to say this, Uruka worked better because she was always more or less obvious she liked him and her chapters ended up being about that so the ending "worked", the others simply were "I love Yuiga" as I hope at least Sempai route is at least half-decent, these two were kinda what I expected ... they never really had any chemistry with him as the author avoided any commitment to any girl, Sempai teasing behavior at least given some tension with Yuiga that was lacking with all the other girls.
