@Leonhart93 I really wish office/adult romances were more popular, but the demographic is sadly not large enough for them to be all that common

That's why you should get everything on e-mail. Someone once pulled this bullshit on me in the office, and from then on I usually ask for written instructions before I proceed. If it not in writing, and clear then I am not doing it. People can act stupid when the fire comes down and blame you for the bullshit.
That team team leader ain't shit, as well as the manager. Also contract worker should be treated with respect, they work just as head count. Threatening them like that is anxiety enducing, wrong and disgusting.

@Glenng Agree, this demographic seems to be the smallest of them all and it makes sense. I don't see many women in their 20s and 30s inclined to spend time constantly to read manga...
That being said, despite being a guy I still like this demographic because it's constantly about mature characters and realistic stories (mostly).

@Efu Hehe, don't feel bad about it. I think it's similarly good/bad (depends how you see it) with how a guy in his 20s like me likes to read Josei manga 😂
Praise! The one thing that I don't like seeing is someone well-meaning but with zero idea about what he/she should look for in a proper partner. I guess this is a bit philosophical, but too much or too little of anything is bad. And too much "purity" is no exception. Makes one gullible and easily tainted 🤔. Or perhaps they are just airheads for life, which is worse 😅.

And yea I don't mind a Yamato Nadeshiko protagonist once every few times. But like you said, oftentimes their characters are written to be too 'pure/nice/just' that it comes off stupid and annoying. And I may not know how men think, but I can't see myself fall in love with someone like that. Never even met them irl. So stories like that are a real turn off for me.

It’s the whole “female leads must be virgin and/or naive ingenues” thing for me. She needs to be incompetent at work, cripplingly socially inept, or romantically inexperienced. Otherwise, there’s no easy vulnerabilities for the ML to protect for her. 😔😔 & lbr, it’s much easier to uphold the traditional Man-Leads-Woman-Follows dynamic if the FL is a Pure/Clumsy OL. 💀
