What i meant to say NOT MY TYPE, NOT MY FETISH so i cannot rate it objectively.
Subservience fetish ain't my cup of tea and it also serves as warning for like minded individuals. LIST:
1) Lad buys a slave, almost goes broke because of that
2) Despite him buying her he calls her queen
3) Despite him buying her he acts as a servant
4) Despite him buying her servs her as her servant
Doesn't matter if it is in his "culture", the fact stays, he almost ruined his life buying her and continues to do actions that are hazardous to hil life to serve her.
Even the title is somewhat misleading, he didn't propose to her he literally bought her. The title even assumes as if some pesky outlander DARED to propose to her but it is established in the first chapter that she doesn't even have any right to object or act high.
In conclusion it's too much of a shift, hopefully there is an objective reason for Hyena boys behaviour i.e. she saved him when he was a pup. But even if she saved him it would be enough to buy her, free her and provide a shelter until she can stand on her two feet, but instead it became a sort of masochistic fetish manga.
