Ooh didn't knew Abe Lincoln would be in Ankara but should brush up how to address people with knighthood. You're always supposed to address them by either their first name or their full name when using Sir. You may only use their last name when you're addressing them by Mr, by a professional title or by inherited titles like Lord. So he should've addressed Henry's father as Sir Firstname

Wish the font choice wasnt made to look fancy alot. Its so insanely hard to read.

Also i find the way the eye for an eye metaphor at the end was shown extremely dumb. Like i get if it happened more recently like a few months ago, but 16 years is just not realistic. Also why would anyone hide out in the mountains after all that time.

Any normal person would have moved to a far away town in the land or another country with a different name and then never be found again, since how would they even track you after a few days or weeks.

In this chapter, the idea may seem... "justifiable", but here is the thing... this "law" is still in "operation" even today.

And people go to lengths for that.

I have seen documentaries of children and teenagers who need to hide, because someone in the family killed or slighted someone else, and that family wants to kill them because they think that just the culprit's death is not enough.

During that time... maybe it worked because of the limitations of society, I can see that... but nowadays... most of the cases it is just angry people taking the "right" WAY overboard.

Sure, I have no doubt I am missing context in many cases... but when people want to kill a child because of the "sins of the father"... no, to me, there is no context to justify that.
