yeah especially since the dude's only interest in her might be overcome by his other interest in the princess of the deposed nation he is searching for.
Right now he only thinks of her as a female knight or something... but when he learns what she is, I don't know if he would see still her as person.

After rereading this I still love the story, but a couple things I'd say would be:
- Still don't like that sly dog Johannus
- If the envoy arc was framed in a household setting I'd be kicking them out of my house while beating their asses until their entire lower bodies hurt; either that or call the police on them.
- I get Rachel's position and mindset, but how did you slowly forget that it was the Crown Prince who saw Marie's capabilities before she did. Did she get relayed such a rumor where she spontaneously popped the question? Probably.
