If mom cared about Rinko, noticing the smell of home cooked meal, why she weren't suspicious and called cops if she knew Rinko can't cook. What the fuck is wrong with her?!?
Sure lady, call the cops, we have child neglecting mother that haven't been seen in months and although suspicious dude without criminal record who took care of your child without any physical harm in unlawful manner.
I'm sure they would be suspicious and Haruno would get in trouble but so would you and Rinko would end up in orphanage.
Not sure how Rinko mom got the money from, it sure doesn't look like a honest job, but Rinko hurt her by saying she doesn't need her own mother.
If it's something that she hides, it probably isn't something to be proud of.
Not sure about that situation, Rinko mom wants her or doesn't, whatever she do it's for her, but on the other hand she is traumatising her.
Haruno can't stay with Rinko forever, she developed feelings for him and without properly addressing their relationship it will be awkward and distasteful.
It's either Haruno making up with Koyori and adopting Rinko or resolving matter of her mom with Haruno either staying or going away (but that would hurt Rinko tho'), but the latter is difficult for what she done already.
