Solid 10 for me, one of the best manga I've read in a long time. I'm glad they all had a happy ending, and that they met again, though I wish we could see more about what happens after they met again. I am a bit curious whether or not Rinko's love ended up being familial or romantic, it's hard to say. I know people will say it would be usagi drop/groomer ish if they ended up together, but ultimately she's in her mid 20s now with a job, if she falls in love with him again as an adult, I don't really have a problem with it.

Plus, if she felt such strong love for him that she still wants to be with him despite not seeing him even once in 12 years, despite only knowing him for a handful of months, I think she deserves such happiness.

How tf did everyone stay so young

I'm pretty sure Haruno was only in his early 20s when he met her, so he's like 10 years older than Rinko.
At most, he's in his mid to late 30s since Rinko is 24 now. On top of asian buff, it's not unusual to still look pretty young in your late 30s. Personally I think I look pretty much the same as I did when I was 16, and I'm 31 now. I'm roughly the same weight, my hairline is the same, and so is my skin, I don't have any wrinkles yet or white hair.
