How the next chapters are likely gonna go.
Someone's gonna get drugged, either the guy or the girl, likely the guy. Nothing will happen because the FL that has to be tough will try likely knock the drugged guy out. The morning comes and the media tries to get the scoop from a tip to go for an affair and such. She will then have to fix the mess that happens with help from the ML.

It's impressive how common this trope is in Chinese pop culture. I knew someone once who wouldn't let their kid eat anything with cinnamon in it because traditional Chinese medicine says that it's an aphrodisiac. Maybe not quite on the level of catching a cold from getting rained on, but still pretty common.
