Onani Master Kurosawa

both have the protagonists turn themselves in. Those are two of my favourite mangas (as a person who doesn't tend to have favourites) but they are dependent on not knowing what the protagonist will do. If there was a way to recommend the manga without the spoiler I would. A bit of a warning, they do have some mature themes. I'm more prudish/sensitive to those things but I felt these manga handled them well.

The former is more seinen and has an adult protagonist but the latter is more shonen-ish with a student MC.
