Actually, isn't that a perfectly appropriate reason? As long as it's one specific girl and there's a valid reason for crossdressing for her sake. If he was just going to crossdress to approach random women out there, who would let their guard down because they believe it's another woman (though it would take someone like Yuki to pull off it that well), then it would be a nasty, even criminal reason.
