This manga is actually on my follow list but for some reason I can't find it.
But basically this manga is about a girl with some kind of timebendy power that allows her to take the place of a person's death (by murder), and essentially cancel that person's death. Now that person can investigate who the murderer is. They call it "scapegoat" power or something. I think they need to form some kind of contract with each other first before being able to initiate the power, but my memory is hazy
Once the culprit is found, the girl becomes resurrected and now the burden of the death originally inflicted by the culprit is shifted to the culprit themselves (in other words, they will suffer the same kind of death).
Or at least that's how I roughly remember, the plot is a bit twisty.
Also the girl's hair design visually looks similar to the trend of anime from the 90s era (think of Gunsmith Cats or Slayers), with all the extra floofiness.
