Eh, I stopped thinking and just started skimming. The whole deus ex bullshit is just there to resolve whatever new drama of the week the author is going to sneak in. And this solution will never be re-utilized again despite having established that the MC can kill gods with ease, but will always initially struggle to generate tension because tension is required even though he'll win. And the sister has the power to overwrite reality with a new reality at any time with the God's Domain that we already know utilizes the ability to effectively rewrite reality with any number of other potential realities based on the whole description of the ability with the battle against Susanoo.

All in all, this will just devolve into standard high school romcom drama with insert power fantasy, but only after we establish that they're in danger from an opponent that the MC can one shot kill.

I feel I'd get an aneurysm even trying to make sense of this chapter and its implications and consequences...
Author should have left their fingers off time travel. Way better ones have failed at that.
Brain fart meme awaits the anyone who tries to make sense of this. It’s just a silly plot device. Its job’s done, move on.

I have stopped trying to understand novel or manga plots that deal with time travel. Courtesy of Steins;Gate I always get dizzy when I try to think about time paradoxes now.
