Website for the latter links to a wordpress page tagged as "/a/nonymous" so I'm pretty sure they're the same.

So, maybe it's a different group with a load of misattributed uploads that should be /a/nonymous?

As far as I know basically there's two different groups:

• /a/non that actually have proper group and central figure.
• /a/nonymous which basically random people that don't have central figure, only communicate anonymously via 4chan's /a/.

EDIT: According to some people, both are effectively same collective of people, including /ak/ scanlations which specialize of military-related manga.

Basically old /a/non (centralized) -> new decentralized /a/non, anyone can literally using their name as long part of their community.

Take this information as a grain of salt.
