Events are similar, but his behavior in those events isn't. In the Normal Route, characters actually make it clear several times that they hadn't had sex with Shou, and they fear that if they do he might hate them for it. By that same point, in the R-18 route they had sex with him many times. So their words in the Normal Route contradict what happened in the R-18 route (or the Abnormal Route as the author calls it).

Wait, what? That's not how I would interpret their message. By my reading:

"Do events play out the same way in the H version?" wonders if the main timeline and H timeline have certain "scripted events" like Satou asking to go to school, the guard swap, or this conversation just now. I think we're on the same page with this one.

"Does that mean Yuri just lied here", for me, the keywords are "just" and "here", as in "this timeline, at this very moment we just witnessed", which I would contextually interpret as referencing the main timeline because it's what we're currently reading.
