That's just it. I don't think the context is super obvious and find the interpretation that it's referencing the H timeline to be more forced than the assumption that it's referencing the main timeline and simply erroneously thinking Yuri lied. That's why two other people interpreted it the same way I did.
It doesn't help that the original poster responded to one of them who made that interpretation without correcting them on that point either.

Evidently, what the OP meant is "Does that mean Yuri just lied [Here at this point in the H timeline]", which is a fair question, but I don't think it's fair to entirely blame it on other people for misinterpreting their words because the context. If they simply changed "here" to "there", I don't think this would have caused any issues.
