Yuri, Kakizaki and Hinata always seem like the first girlfriend type for me, I'm hoping one of the 3 becomes his first. I know Miku and his family have been the thirstiest from the start but in this route I can't see Sou getting with anyone yet unless they come out and say it directly, and those three girls seem like the most likely in my head.
