Men aren't as 'durable' in this world, so you can't just throw them into a speed date all year round.
Consider them introvert: every new person needs time to get comfortable with and the government wants to make school life for men as comfortable as possible, so changes like these are limited.

I've heard schools don't actually have janitors and you're expected to clean up after yourself. tho if it's an obvious puddle from one's seat they'd have more motivation to clean it up anyways rather than just running away and letting someone else handle it

That is simple. I did it in hurry. A little bit of notch has remained on hair but I did shading (main thing) on both sides to feel natural. I think you can work out it.

Being a guard student is kind of the prize dangling in front of the other female students, motivating them to improve themselves. So if one of the spots becomes vacant, either because the male students dismisses the guard student or their grades slip, then that would be the chance for the others.

Besides it isn't really necessary to become a guard student to get closer to a male student. The r18 version of Sou at least isn't really keen on following this "rule".
