"Chibi kyonyuu" usually got translated into "shortstack" to save spaces, but hey, whatever works as long as it conveys the actual meaning.

Also I imagine what this world men's preferences are pretty much washing board types, tall yet flat-chested girls. Because as law of the breasts have said, usually the bigger their boobs the bigger their pheromone/charm/seduction which is basically a visible threat for men (lustwise) and can result in unwanted cases or worst, "dogpiling". And short height usually accentuate the breast size even more, hence why Kaede's low self-esteem.
