Probably Kanaria, but Yuri is actually high on that list...

The "safest" girl would probably be Sumire - normal, ergh... let's shelve that matter. But with her it's pretty much "what you see is what you get" and Sou has more or less seen it all by now. They live under the same roof, he knows her outside persona and the sloppy version at home. And he definitely knows that she lusts after him... in that regard, all others are pretty much black boxes for him - that's also true for Yuri, despite her being so openly feisty and opposed. But that she does not tip-toe around him makes her refreshingly normal.

In terms of "wife material" Sumire - as his blood related sister - is out by default from MC's perspective. At least in this timeline and as long as he values his current relationship with the succubi his family.

From the rest of the bunch, the logical choice in my eyes is Kanaria.

She's capable, funny, easy to talk to and has the looks of a "safe" woman - she's doesn't have oversized melons but she's not really flat either. Kana has that nice, slender body type and is on the shorter side, which is easier for other men to deal with, in case Sou wants to talk to them. Take Suzuki for example... his opinion on Sou's guards is harsh. He thinks of Miku as a rabid beast and considers Hinata to be highly dangerous. Looking at the last few chapters he's not too far off, because Miku without her leash (i.e. Sou holding her back or calming her) seems to like handling things with her fists, or at least by force. But when it comes to Kana, Suzuki said no such thing about her, which is noteworthy. As for Kana herself, she's from a filthy rich family but not a snob at all. I'd take her as my legal wife for sure.

As for Yuri...

Why does Yuri-chan look so submissive and breedable all of a sudden, it’s only been 3 hours(5 months) since she and Sou last spoke.

It's Yuri time... of course she looks like that. This is shortly after Sou hugged her into oblivion where she had to face her inner succubus - we still don't know the full extent of what that did to her mentally now that she's back to her senses. There might just be one last bit of resistance she has left. Not to mention, she knows from prior experience that the whole class will put her through the wringer. And maybe Sou's words from the day before also came back to her mind: "I want you!"...

Now this is after class, but I don't think Sou will ask her right there, probably with other girls listening - that would defeat the purpose of what he's going to ask. My guess is he'll get her to move into an empty classroom or some other secluded place where they can be alone. Getting his guards (should still be the A-Team) to stand and watch outside will be no easy task. Aya, Hana and Kaede will protest that it's not safe to meet a woman completely unguarded. And if Sou tells them it's fine because Yuri is special or something that will only fuel their jealousy.

The biggest question is, whether Yuri will try to get back at him (bound to fail miserably) or if she's actually honest now that she went through her initiation. It's likely gonna be the former because it guarantees hilarious results. But if Sou derails her thought process (like during the restrooom meeting on day two) then he might get useful insights from her. On the other hand, wrecking Yuri a second time would make her the first girl to go through that experience in short succession. We might see Zombie Yuri then... either way, I'm pretty happy we see progress now that the unending lunchbreak is over.

And when she says "of course, duh", he might respond like... "How can I get them to be their normal selves with me? I don't need them to be gentle with me" she might think "Wtf, does he want to be attacked? Is he some horny person, or maybe some kind of all-embracing Buddha?" As for what advice she might give him, maybe spend time with them outside of school where there are fewer authorities watching over their actions, hoping that he's attacked and it makes him change his attitude toward girls and behave coldly toward her onee-sama Miku...? I'm just wildly theorizing because I'm highly anticipating the next chapter.

Edit - After reading next chapter, just realized I totally forgot that Yuri had started a character arc where she was confronting her inner straight succubus self after being hugged by the MC. A sign that chapters need to come out more quickly...
