Honestly? Any of them. Wild as their delusions have been, whatever the school is teaching them to keep it internalized seems to work just fine. Sure there have been cracks but considering how he's blithely been egging them on, when other male students would have not given any opening, I think they're doing quite well.

Adult and fully qualified guards probably have several times worse delusions, but equally amazing restraint. I imagine if he married any of them, the delusions are no longer needed, leaving only a proper lady with iron will.

Yeah, he's not stupid at all. He's just like... a normal guy, and the reason this manga works is because the girls aren't like 'oh wow you're so fuckin' hot Sou wow have the sex with me,' but instead often just freeze up or literally pass out. They do stand battles and enter into delusional comas.

Most of them pretty much stop having delusions after they keep regularly have sex with in the R18 version, but unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on you) Sou became a massive horndog there.

We haven't seen the other girls in the R18 world though, and I think the massive pervert Sou there might actually be bad for society in the long-term, but perhaps a slight improvement to whatever going on in this 1:39 world.
