Poor Sou isn't just a cognitohazard SCP, he's one of those sentient SCPs that doesn't realize the powers it wields, to the detriment of humans around it. In this case, thanks to his rose-colored glasses (i.e. desire for platonic friends).

This is a world where women are so starved for male affection that any non-hostile reaction is perceived positively, and women are honed to pick up on such things. What Sou perceives as polite, mild greetings are instead interpreted as a man declaring interest to court a woman. Sou actively showing affection and praising a woman for her appearance and traits is such an alien, bizarre concept that no sane-by-this-world's standards woman can handle it.

It's being shown, in mere seconds, inarguable evidence that your worldview, your very life has been a lie, and in that void, those tens of thousands of years of evolution primed to keep the species alive despite the gender imbalance seeps in the cracks and whispers, "He is your husband, your mate now. Seize him."

Those girls at the beginning look utterly scandalized, and I can understand why. Remember, big boobs are stigmatized in this world due to (probably unfair) association with being pathologically horny to the point of committing sexual assault against males. Now imagine if in our world we have a high school girl who is known to be prone to compulsive episodes of sexually assaulting men and is understandably self-conscious about it, and then some guy in her class walks up to her in the middle of class and gives a love confession that includes admitting he finds that very same fact about her highly attractive.
