Since world's end harem got an anime, I am sure this one will eventually.
However there is a lack of content in this manga, compared to whats needed for a 12 ep 30min anime series.
Although the manga could probably be adapted into a series of 5 min shorts.
I think if you can convince a YouTube manga / comic dubber to take on this series, it would get a lot more attention and then maybe an anime. But due to the content of this series mainly the many characters, I doubt many any YouTubers will take up the task.

Well, there's a few examples in 1:39 that are vertical script that just get changed to horizontal and that's fine, I don't think there's anything in the text that necessitates keeping the format (not to mention how horrific it would be to read). The picture behind the text is just a closeup + darkening of the previous page, so it shouldn't be that hard to recreate, but still it's quite a lot of text
