Okay world war happening aside, the world building aspect of this chap got me intrigued; it would be really interesting if Aya, Hana and Sumire did come from the same sperm donor.

Wouldn't surprise me honestly. Sumire and Aya do share the same girlfailure vibes not just hairstyles and Hana's major backfiring plans did remind me of hers as well.
