Kisa really shouldn't push himself that hard and just go with his own pace. He's not Nasu Kinoko or Narita Ryohgo who can churn out words and ideas as naturally as they breathe.
Even a chapter a day is already taxing his health, and a lot of weekly magazine professional mangaka already suffered a lot of illness to the point of dying on the course of their runs, and some of them are working in a team with only given 20-25 pages limit per week.
