Seems like it, yet her name remained. Momozono literally means "Peach Orchard", so... but I tend to agree - peach colored doesn't really fit for her theme at all. It's way better like this.

I think you are correct on that matter:

A girl usually pads her bra or something to emphasize her assets and 1:39 world girls also worry about their chest size. That's pretty normal, but for them it's the other extreme. Some actually wear special bras to make their breasts look smaller.

As we got told HERE. And girls do that because men usually think of big boobs as intimidating.

In that regard, for a girl who wishes to get closer to a boy, wanting to have small(er) breasts is a logical thing. But since wearing constricting stuff doesn't feel comfortable at all, getting plastic surgery seems the obvious next step. I'm pretty sure, quite a few women consider it - if they are desperate enough. That's actually pretty sad if you think about it. But we also know Sou's mother is different, since she seems to be quite proud of her abundant resources.
