Light phobia is an oxymoron. Phobia is, by definition, an extreme fear of something. Anxiety that at worst causes serious problems in the person's life.Just some light homophobia from our MC here.
Well, yes, I know saying "light homophobia" was being a little silly. I was trying to be silly though.Light phobia is an oxymoron. Phobia is, by definition, an extreme fear of something. Anxiety that at worst causes serious problems in the person's life.
I live in a country without a single all-boys or -girls school, as far as I know. I can't fathom why anyone would want to go to such a place voluntarily, no matter if he/she is hetero- or homosexual. It's not like homosexuals can't deal with heterosexuals. Outside of sexual relations, they are just average joes and janes, and most likely their group of friends is as random as anyone else's, provided they aren't suffering from social anxiety due to bad experiences or whatever. So, in this series' case, it's perfectly natural the dude would want to go to a mixed school. It's not a sausage fest (which is important since he doesn't want to copulate with his sisters or mom, go figure), but he could still possibly make a few male friends as well. However, it looks like the chances for such an ideal life are slim in that world.
Same mother, different sperm cell donation, hence no father in the family since everyone born from sperm cell from the donation centerThe older sister has a different mother? So are the kids adopted from different parents?
Looking at it again, it seems I misread it, since it’s saying that her friend wanted to show a picture of Sou to her (the friend’s) mother.Same mother, different sperm cell donation, hence no father in the family since everyone born from sperm cell from the donation center
Nah, it's normal for most straight guys to be homophobicwas it too much for me to expect for the mc not to be homophobes?
Question, are you reading the same manga as I am? Cause the author has been showing that there is a very good reason most guys in this world would become gay.Assuming an all-boys school has nothing but gay guys is like assuming an all-girls school has nothing but gay gals. Kind of dumb take author-san.
In our world, women has to deal with being sexualized all the time. That and then attending an all-girls school doesn't all turn them gay.Question, are you reading the same manga as I am? Cause the author has been showing that there is a very good reason most guys in this world would become gay.
For the first point, kinda wrong comparison. While, yes, women are sexualized here so are men. You would need an inverse ratio to get a somewhat fair comparison. In our world, women has to deal with being sexualized all the time. That and then attending an all-girls school doesn't all turn them gay.
My only problem was how it was worded by the MC which I found ignorant. Aside from that, I otherwise find reading this series fun.
Homophobia is really not a phobia.Light phobia is an oxymoron. Phobia is, by definition, an extreme fear of something. Anxiety that at worst causes serious problems in the person's life.
