more so that their bad experiences leave them traumatised so they don't perform well because of that (material was most likely woman on male considering mc enjoyed it)
the pushing down his sister thing too, if you are traumatised because of being assaulted you would probably freeze up or try to run away instead of fighting back if someone assaults you again

the mc didn't physically come to this world and only his consciousness got transfered so his body is the exact same one (excluding gains from working out) as the previous ver of himself which couldn't do either of those things
