I think it's not weird that men in that world dislikes women with big boobs. Just think about it. Big boobs on women is basically like big d*ck on men. They are sexual traits, and bigger ones exudes more sexual presence. And in a world where men is an extreme minority and often helplessly preyed by women, those "big sexual presence" means that these women exudes stronger sexual predator aura.
