Been a while since I have seen line art so perfectly mangled by an upscale. Those squirmy tones lol.
That's probably due to the [previous / next chapter] (more specifically the next button being greyed out) icon being bugged af, so you'd sometimes have to check on the "chapter ui" (far left next to "full page") on what raw chapter you were reading to check if there's new chapters or not, also click on the series' title and check for the full chapter releases to be sure too126?
but it only says 106 for me on rawkuma
oh wait you said OSOThat's probably due to the [previous / next chapter] (more specifically the next button being greyed out) icon being bugged af, so you'd sometimes have to check on the "chapter ui" (far left next to "full page") on what raw chapter you were reading to check if there's new chapters or not, also click on the series' title and check for the full chapter releases to be sure too
Had some series that I was checking on that bugged out as well due to that problem (happened to me on OSO on rawkuma before too), so you're not the only one who faced that problem
No worries, I also check on this series there toooh wait you said OSO
I thought you meant this series on rawkuma
you know... ossan vrmmo
Yeah he's quite good at what he does, he just gets stretched super thin since he juggles so many commissions. It's Silas, the guy works on comissions. But he's VERY efficient at what he does. Just check his other uploads. =/ He sometimes does mass ones too.
Why does every single isekai have a giant wolf companion? It’s so common
Do you not consider SAO an Isekai? How is this not “Another World”?But this isnt isekai, and his companion was a giant bird that could change size .....
sao was stuck in the game while here he can log out whenever. we just never see that logged out stuff.Do you not consider SAO an Isekai? How is this not “Another World”?
Do you require death and reincarnation for it to be an isekai? Because that’s the only thing missing.
The last I remember was that the series was licensed and so the translating groups fled. Occasionally we would get a rouge TL or commission but this is the best we can hope for.So the translation was dropped for 2 years, or was the manga?
Here's the thing, 90% of Isekai's use an MMO "Skill System" strait from a video game. There are very few who don't dabble with those tropes, magical item boxes, pop up windows, etc. Its just too similar to me to draw a line in the sand.sao was stuck in the game while here he can log out whenever. we just never see that logged out stuff.
I wouldn't call this series, Only Sense, Shangri-la Frontier, or Bofuri isekai just because it's clear the other world is a game that they can freely log in/out of and actions in-game can't affect the player in the real world.Do you not consider SAO an Isekai? How is this not “Another World”?

i mean, even fantasy stories use mmo skill systems, arguably it's more linked to that genre than isekai ime (im reading a few hundred isekai as well lmao). Here's the thing, 90% of Isekai's use an MMO "Skill System" strait from a video game. We are even going through the standard isekai tropes, proud wolf and all. I guess I just read too many of these
the other world being an actual separate thing matters. I don't exactly agree that this means "consequences persist" (see log horizon i believe, or video game manga that have persistent consequences too (there's some mmo stories where they do like "npc permadeath", might'vbe even been this one lmao, but that's persistent consequences)), nor the no affecting the real world (see destiny unchain online), but rather "the character's lifestyle changes to fit into the new world" or some aspect of this (this whole lifestyle thing should play a role into the story).I wouldn't call this series, Only Sense, Shangri-la Frontier, or Bofuri isekai just because it's clear the other world is a game that they can freely log in/out of and actions in-game can't affect the player in the real world.
Once you become trapped and dying in-game kills you out of game I'm more willing to consider it an isekai.
The sticking point for me is that the "other world" has to be real enough that the consequences of the character's actions persist and can't just be undone by logging out or rebooting the game/server.
That's fair, I'm just trying to account for some edge cases where the "game" really is another world but the MC can log/in out (one of the PSO2 expansions comes to mind) which is the equivalent of the stories where the MC just has a portal they can freely pass though.the other world being an actual separate thing matters.
