It's a tiresome trope I wish they'd just discard already. I don't know for sure when it even started, but even Dragonball wasted whole episodes having characters go "UUUWOOOOOOHHH!!!", build up their energy, and bulge out their muscles. -_-;Impressed they managed to draw out a single clash for a whole 14 pages and not even finish the fight.
Adele: This is the end. Hold your breath and count to ten.MC: This is the end!
Narrator: This is, in fact, NOT the end.
This is a weekly release though xDI appreciate the chapter, but I'm going to vent a bit.
Come the fuck on. Imagine if Marvel released the latest Loki episode and it was a 30 second fight scene with one or two spoken words and said "here's your latest chapter. Wait 3-4 months for the next 30 seconds!" How do manga/web novel authors get away with a 14 page/paragraph release and say "there's a whole chapter, see you in a month!"
This one updates fairly frequently, sure, but that doesn't excuse releasing a "chapter" that is effectively a one paragraph description stretched out over 14 pages. Not a bash against the scanlators, but against the authors who do this shit. This is a weekly release though xD
Maybe he uses iai techniques. =/Ffs, he knows he will continue to regenerate endlessly! So don't sheet your sword as if you accomplished something special!
