It's not about how much they cover, it's about the fact that it's sexy. Also, he complies with their request to sleep together because that's his personality. Yeah, he's physically and legally allowed to say no, but that's not the kind of person he is. I ain't saying this manga's a literary masterpiece or anything, but I wouldn't say the author's forcing it. You're free to dislike an MC who can't say no, though.
