In the LN her punishment was just revoked licensed for a year and made to work for the guild as a receptionist for the same amount of time, though after that, her screen time just stop for a whole volume the 2nd thing may still happen later, but they already revoked her license in the previous chapter, and she already having more screen time overall than in the LN

She is currently like a member in name only, since they probably can't register her officially without a license anyway

It seems they're setting her up to be their logistics person for now, with all the talk of her cooking. She doesn't need a licence for that.
