She definitely swings with her left hand first in the middle panel. The reason it might seem like she's swinging her left hand again in the last panel is because it's a mirror image reflected in the protagonist's eyes (and thus is her right hand).

i.e If the first chapter was in [HARD MODE]. Was the last thing post in this series though.
Continuity wise it is not a continuation just shows how much harder MC-kun would have to work to avoid damage vs how he dodged everything first go.
