hi everyone. we have spoken to Devil & Angel scans, have resolved the issue, reached a resolution and have already moved on. both
Solace and Devil &Angel scans are teams of people who love scanlating and do this for fun in our free time and just want to read our favorite comics in English.

Like Kaoru has said, as both sides have already reached a conclusion, let us all just move on, enjoy the manhwa and continue supporting both groups because everyone involved are people with feelings and bring these releases without asking for anything in return. thank you!

As I understand the case, Solace upload their translation 3 hours after D&A, in the same page as D&A. It means they know other translation have uploaded it first, and they have time to contact D&A to ask for permission before uploading, eventhough they had translated the chapter. With this situation, it seems like they play the innocent. It is only right for them to apologize for doing this first before defending themself.

So why not solace give this project to D&A?
And why must solace who the one take this project?

What i mean is solace already have so many translations they must have done, if they take this project too don’t its mean they just make themselves under pressure with all of project they have

So I'm pretty sure the other scans didn't want to give it up. Even they're the one who snipe on DNA.

@itaarin I have a feeling that you’re definition of a snipe is very different than ours. Once again, both groups had already started working on it before there were any chapters out. Neither group was aware that they were working on it and D&A happened to have released it first. Solace was almost done with the chapter at that point and had already started working on other chapters since usually in scans, if someone is doing cleans, the other person starts translation then next chapter. If both started from the starting line, then is that a snipe? A snipe would be if D&A had released 2-3 chapters and Solace continued from where D&A left off purposefully to beat them to get clout. As for D&A dropping the project, it was their decision and no one coerced them into anything. They’re also the ones who felt uncomfortable with the collab after what went down in their server. Please stop blaming people for someone they didn’t do and just move on. I thought this was supposed to be over in their general discord channel but now y’all are coming here so doesn’t that seem fishy? Kaoru kept insisting on ending with this drama but here you all are. Really makes you think who’s trying to control the narrative here. Also, talk to D&A to pick up the series back up again if you’re so sad about them dropping it and stop yelling at others to drop it. Who’s the one doing the true coercing here?

Everyone is welcome to think whatever they want but please don't hurt other people. Both D&A Scans and Solace have already made up and put things behind. I don't want any hated comments about my team and Minar's team. We're done with this topic and I want you guys to drop it. This comment section is for commenting about your love for this manhwa and your opinion. Not about scans groups. Now, to clarify things, although we did post 3 hours earlier than Solace, they did not snipe as they were also working on this project the same time we were. Yes, we were also working on it for days like Solace had. We just happened to post it 3 hours earlier than them so technically they never sniped!
Edit: Honestly, my teammates and I have been talking about this topic but really, there are different opinions on snipe.

I'm pretty sure read kaoru chat on discord saying she drop it because dna didn't want to collab and the other group didn't want to give up on this series, even though they're the one who snipe DNA❤

I'll quote someone else on mangago comments about this,

"We all know sniping is when other group post a chapter, regardless which chapter of a manga that the original group is still working on.

There's a reason why most group is racing to post the first chapter, because they want the ownership of the manga and that's a fact.

Now those big group leaders easily bend their own fact as they wish because solace is sniping. Hypocrites. They are licking their own spit. We all know what's the true definition of sniping. We are not an idiot. "

@itaarin please stop. Even Kaoru, the leader of D&A has already asked of it repeatedly. she and I have talked it out and hugged it out. There is no aminosity between our groups or the either or us. You repeatedly bringing this up is really hurting the both of us and our teams because we are both trying to move past this.

I am in constant communication with the leader of D&A over this and we are both tired of having to come in to tell everyone to please stop the harassment when it's already been resolved.
