I do like the self-awareness, and the hard-coded railroads of the world existing alongside the game.

Kind calls into question whether all the people existing within that setting are "real" independent of the game, or if that entire universe is the "game", and they all are real as it pertains to the needs of the setting and the story.
But maybe that's not important, because they exist to them.
“If life is an illusion, then I am no less an illusion and thus it is real to me.”

it already established that shes capable of using magic while time is stopped, her specialty is analysis magic, she is a cheat class magician and that tenkagos settings are real, being able to destroy the timestop isnt a deus ex
yep - it's quite literally cheating, but the entire narrative and premise has been a build-up to justifying the MC pulling this exact sort of maneuver.

It fells really like a deus ex machina.

The story try to pose the FL as a schemer and yet she just react to the event.

I would prefer this weapon against the fallen Saint.

In a writer's forum, I recently answered the question "Is Chekov's Gun the way to counter Deus Ex Machina?" which I answered with a "maybe". If the reader can accept that you've already laid a good foundation for it, then it isn't a Deus Ex, or to say it more plainly, it isn't an asspull. It meets all the hallmarks of 'yes, we've already seen that this fits the story'.

No. It was the 'game' that pulled a deus ex machina on her. In the context of everything up until that point, she had beat the game with solid schemes. The game countered by blindsiding her with a 100% asspull. So she countered it with completely legit reasoning, using the logic that existed up to that point and her OP magic, and then she acted upon that reasoning.

Or are you going to say "you can't do that with magic", like magic has to be reasonable? It's magic. She doesn't have to explain shit.

Believe the term you're looking for is "Diabolus ex Machina".
