I reckon she would need to load the milk in, for a baby to suck it afterwards. Milk spoils quite easily, so she would need to keep cleaning the system, internally. Quite a bother, but breastfeeding can have psychological benefits for a baby, so possibly it could be worth it, for a time. That time is long past for their case, though.
