I only have beef with 'weirdly off' anime adaptation of manga, but I'm not talking about quality since sometimes there are inevitable things behind the scenes (like Blue Lock S2's situation) Otherwise it's only matter of which medium I saw first

Really wish CSM anime's artistic choices were as chaotic as Dandandan anime considering how the manga covers look like. Felt like it's trying too hard to look pretty.

Watching anime means you support slavery and the suicide of workers, like that in A-1 Studio a decade ago.
there's a modern day version of this, its called MAPPA, their pay is pretty shit too especially if you're from a western country, if you're from asia like I am, you'd have to think "is it worth it to sacrifice your entire life for a project or not?" :kek: :nyoron:
Unless they improve their sweatshop factory, I abstain like in Nike.
I think Trigger did, they have a patreon now, which is nice

i've got the only recommendation you'll ever need. Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, episode 206. if that doesn't hook you then i'm afraid we're speaking different languages my friend
I don't like Boruto to begin with so, I really am not interested in wasting my time seeing an episode of a story i don't even find interesting, it doesn't matter how good the episode is done

That was suppose to be edging.

I see, I concide then. Tbh fam lets have a list what these majority are, by genre.
I can only tell from the ones I've recently watched but here's a short list on top pf my head:

The New Gate -> trash, the manga and even the novel had objectively better art and pacing

Blue lock s2-> objectively trash

Madougushi Dahliya wa Utsumukanai -> dunno what the hell they did with this, it went from a fun experience in the manga to some half baked shit in the anime
The Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2 part 2-> the dragons were garbage, they also rushed the thing for some reason, voice acting is good tho so no issues there, the music is a banger, the story itself would've been better had they just followed the novel better

Mahouka Kouko Rettosei season 3 -> the quality dropped a lot from seasons 1 and 2 and the art style changed so much from season 2, they also skipped through so many parts from the novel

A good part about manga is that I could read it at the uni to endure certain teachers and slim books at the cafeteria. I still remember sitting next to a friend of mine and feeling how everyone who passed at our back was interested in some exotic products from Far East. I can't enjoy anime everywhere: noise, uncomfortable seats, a worse hardware... or keep up with a lesson, so it's the technique of time, place, situation.

So what you meant are that these most are director cut? Yeah, if you had to say that from the beginning I aggree to not disagree, because most of them are done for cost budget and screentime. And dont make me talk about unused scene. Those hurt me so hard.

study hard please. It doesnt matter who the teahcers are.
It has been a long time since I got my degree, I could read Jojo from beginning to Steel Ball Run (I wasn't able to continue longer) and participate in class, studying is what I did outside. A lot teachers are not suitable to teach.

yes most likely

i just know they adapted them bad and not even the blu-rays says will save them
the pacing is so trash that it guts your soul.
its a shame too since a lot of the anime that gets adapted, would get your hopes up
one of the things that pissed me off was how they adapted

Genjitsushugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki -> WHAT THE HELL WAS WITH YORG CARMINE'S DESIGN? WHO THE HELL DECIDED TO FUCK AROUND WITH MAKING HIM A TWIG OF A LION MAN TO THE GREAT BEAST HE WAS IN THE MANGA. IT WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL

Whomever to greenlight it says that it is much easier to animate this way.
