Ngl this story is pretty messy and kinda annoying. Like the writing is meh, I'm still gonna read it but I'm not like crazy about it.

Haha lol. He be making his love life more interesting for us. I admit the plot isn’t great but the art and story is interesting enough for me not to hate it. And it certainly isn’t cliche at all, unlike most comics I try to read.

Too many chibis lately. I know it saves the artist time, but it gives the story such tonal whiplash. If the whiplash gets as bad as Stepmother's marchen, I think I'll just drop it.

Why can't the second lead die? Like he's literally not important to the story and why are they just letting him know about his majesty's condition? Because his tia's friend? He's worthless

...ah, well, Noll was a good guy all the way, but he's the only one: his father knows something and how stupid can a person be to confuse mistreatment with bdsm? I mean, seriously? 😒

What kind of love-triangle is that! ML, is that really you, ML? A self-created love-triangle? xD No wonder everyone is shipping her with Noll...

Btw that dress does not suit her.. It clashes with her eyes.

Ahhh, I have a bunch of mixed feelings and I don't know what to think, lol. I'm gonna put my chapter comment behind a spoiler so it's not too long on the page, srry.

1st. At this point. I'm getting tired of Tia's behavior. Yeah, she's precious and someone important to him, so what? Can't she care a little more about herself? Does she have to put herself in risk ALL THE TIME and put onto others the responsibility of her well being? Because that's the vibe that I'm getting, that everyone has to take care of her because she won't do it. I don't get why she can't use her brain to think twice before doing something, she just goes through a lot of unnecessary danger despite having like two thousand other choices. ):

2. Why does the ML have to protect her from himself when she's the one who's constantly acting recklessly and not respecting boundaries?! So far he's just hurt her because she went outside from her room till where he was and because she pushed her blood onto him over and OVER AGAIN. Yeah, he's the vampire here (maybe she's one as well) but she always acts as if she were the immortal one (unless ofc he's hiding something else and won't be able to hold himself anymore, in that case, geez).

3. It's ok if she wants to save her friend, but I really want her to stop being so absolutist and impulsive, nothing in life is just black or white, including people. She seems to understand it when she's calm but in the important moments, she just becomes stupid. She can care about someone and that's fine, but no one is 100% good, pure, etc. That's Martin's case and look, if Tia wants him by her side, FINE, I just want her to spot acting so carelessly and blind, idolizing some people and fully rejecting others (luckily she doesn't seem to care about him in the romantic aspect so we won't have bigger trouble there but still, I need her to mature a lot).

Letting that aside, tbh I don't see anything special about Martin Noll. He just felt some pity for her and that's all. He can die or whatever and I simply wouldn't care because I don't trust him, I'd prefer if he dies while doing some useful to her though, lol. His half-ass morality makes him dangerous, in the aspect that he can turn into the type of person who can leave her or even worse (kill her) if he thinks that's what a good morality requires or if she turns to be someone different (like a monster). He's the typical kind of idiotic hero that wants to "protect" the damsel at risk because that would make him look and feel good, but if something goes south, he wouldn't doubt in turning his back on her. Let's hope Tia isn't some kind of vampire and if she is, that he won't know it until he becomes sincere and loyal to her (he has good points, but I feel he's that fickle).

For now, I just hope that he'll stop playing blind. We'll see where his loyalty really relies on at the moment his father appears (which IMO, it'll be the only moment where his value as a character will be shown, not now when he's just being conveniently used to put a bright puppy in front of her and adding more drama to the difference between the main characters and to say "oh, we have a 2nd ML").

4th. Am I the only one who thinks her reactions are odd? She's been just focused on someone who gave her some pity and sympathy occasionally but she doesn't care about her identity, nor her past or her memories. Her judgment doesn't apply for the real bad people, she simply doesn't care about them, but instead, she puts all her attention onto those whom she thinks are "good" people and those who "attack" them, immediately turn into bad people and blabla. It's weird, it's weird. I hope the author will bring some convincing explanations because I'm a little confused here (I want to know if she'd be the same with all her memories back).

5th. Idk but it's kinda suspicious as well how Kaizer is not revealing her identity or nothing to help her to recover her memories (I hope he'll do it soon or maybe he's waiting to be closer to her?), especially since he seems to know what happened to her and he knows as well what the Baron's plans are. He wants her to take care of herself but obviously, with her current state of mind, she won't do that. Maybe if she knows who she is and everything, she'll be wiser (it doesn't matter how many people u put there to protect her, she simply doesn't think twice. If she keeps acting like this, she'll die at some point ).

Edit: Thaaaaaaaaaaaaank u guys <3

@AiriAi I feel like this author is fooling around with a bunch of nothingness and is trying to mask it as an original plot. I'm kinda disappointed that the development in 25 chapters is Tia being strangely self-sacrificial and offering herself to Kaizer, Baron Noll being her body guard I guess and Kaizer....well...the author is making him so cliche and vampiry that they actually forgot to give him a personality. At this point, to describe Kaizer, he's just kinda sad. I mean not good sad in that this manhwa is making me feel things. He's just pitiful. He just looks so helpless half the time now.

I'll be honest. No one here has personality. Not Tia - she's just impulsive and self-sacrificing and strangely obsessive to a guy that kinda abused her. Noll is...one would describe him as wishy washy I guess, but I'll call him stupid for caring about Tia so deeply that he was willing to go to the palace and get himself killed when he kinda doesn't have reason to. He didn't seem to care so much before. Sure they were friends I guess, but I don't think pity friends are gonna ruin their families and lineage to go after one girl that he kinda let get abused before. Unless this is the guilt fueling his actions, I don't get it. And then there's Kaizer. Kaizer feels helplessly guilty about killing people and drinking blood but Rycene and Tia both just kinda force him to keep doing the one thing he hates. And he just looks so sad half the time when doing it.

And then there's the fact that he's killing people for Tia. Tia doesn't need the guilt that he's killing people for her and honestly, Kaizer just seems petty and vengeful. I think it's rude to go hurting people for somebody when that person has already decided to forget their transgressions ever happened. Tia doesn't want him digging, but he's digging anyways. Darn he's making decisions for her by avenging the people who tortured her. I guess it's a personal thing, but I don't think that he should not be the one to decide who gets punished. It should be Tia, and if she decided to not let it affect her, if he truly cared, he would respect her wishes and share her stance. And the very worst happens when he just goes indiscriminately punishing people. He punished someone she actually cared about.

I don't get the structure of these two's relationship. It's not master-servant or abusive or anything like that. It's not that developed to be like that. There's no affection, therefore I can't say there isn't communication. It just feels like the priority was not to develop their relationship. I don't know what the priority was, but I have to say that...

Overall, it feels like bad writing

so not only a lower vampire but also an incomplete one that needs its parents blood to evolve and survive ?

well i guess the story will realy kick off once tia gets her memory back

@RubyG8396
well since he needs her blood and she can command him i think its save to assume that she is his vampire parent which would also fit well with her superior healing and ability to endure starvation (including her having average strength while her body is weakend)

if he is a lower/young vampire the amount of free will he has is dependant on the authors research material
in some stories vampire juniors have a overwhelming innate dependancy on and a similar level urge to protect their vampire parents similar to enslavement
which lasts at least until they are fully mature and can controll themselves

and since he still needs her blood i would also guess that he is still incomplete and needs it to evolve into a more stable vampire so basicly subconsciously enhancing any dependancy he may have been feeling

i would think that that might account for his obsessiveness towards her
but then again i could be very wrong since vampires are fiction and thus the lore very much depends on the author

also sry for dragging out a 5 month old comment of yours just wanted to add my thoughts on your indepth analysis
it was also the most logical comment i saw
