LoL, this will be fun. The grand duke especially wanted to avoid her meeting with the white knights, makes me wonder why. I can't wait to see what happens next. Everyone is dumb-founded and poor Ulysses can't do anything now, even if he realizes his mistake. Athanasia, yes, the names "black knights" and "white knights" have nothing to do with their uniforms, no worries XDD

The thing is... would they swore an oath to her? It would be way too embarrassing for her if they didn't. Then again, this was unexpected for them. Question is, would they respect her enough to give her an oath? I feel like Athanasia might have to use her destruction magic to get their respect. Maybe.

@karolyn the black knights are the Duke's personal guards, but the white knights seem more of a general peacekeeping force plus whatever the crusade thing is. If she does take them as her own somehow, it would likely have a chaotic effect on the usual hierarchy of the two forces.
