I knew she was going to be pretty ok. She's not like her younger sister, she allowed the bad rumors around her to spread because she isn't petty like the ones spreading them. It was also beneficial to her because it allowed her to filter out nobles who allowed themselves to completely believe baseless rumors without investigating themselves as well as acted as a smokescreen for her true strength.

Actually, in this chapter, the translation implies that Allendis (a black magic cult that will be further explain about in later chapters so I shan’t spoil it), has been chasing (something) winter after the winter. However, after the cross-checking the original raws, the actual meaning of that specific bubble was that Allendis was chasing after the season of winter itself. In a sense, the cult was obsessed over the very season(and the concept of winter itself), rather than something else over an extended period of span of time measured by seasons.
The translation by slc was: “For countless months, Allendis has been chasing winter after winter.”
I decided to check the raws since this didn’t really add up with the following bubbles.
The original raws in chinese were: “在以往的无数个岁月里，亚伦迪一直在追逐冬季。”
Here’s a further breakdown for better understanding of the bubble:
以往 - previous, before
岁月 - years
无数 - countless
亚伦迪 - Allendis
一直 - constantly, persistently, always
追逐 - chasing
冬季 - specifically referring to the winter as a season（季 ）and not just a term
Hence, a more suitable and accurate translation for this bubble, in my opinion, would be: “In the countless years previous, Allendis had always been chasing (the season of) winter.” for better clarity. This is my understanding of the chinese version, so I’m not certain that the breakdown or meaning was different in the korean version. Thank you for translating. (((o(*°▽°*)o)))
