@X3h0n, @cryum, @Kampfarsch: Actually, I checked with Hachimitsu Scans, and it turns out that they kinda got the numbering off much earlier than that. Long story short, the last page of MD's current Chapter 4 and the last two pages MD's current Chapter 5 are actually Chapter 3, and every chapter from MD's current 3rd chapter onwards ought to changed by +1.
