Currently this doesn't seem to be as bad as some other mangas. Sure it has ecchi, but it also has a calculating MC and the world system doesn't seem too shabby. It surely deserves a rating over 8 more than some other mangas on this site.

This MC is a real piece of trash, similar to Second, the guy from another isekai that was a veteran expert in a MMO and killed himself when his chara got erased, this guy is worse for still not accepting that the game world is real and the people there aren't just NPC.
But he is totally happy of getting isekaied as in this world he does have worth, even the fact he almost killed himself thinking he would respawn and reroll makes clear his screws are loose and it will be hard to make him recognize his new positions.

And Japan, the whole country, got isekaied in another novel/manga with a more serious and "realistic" tone.

Ugh, gacha is cringe incarnate and I've never seen anything based on gacha that actually had a decent story either. I'll give this one a chance, but very low expectations.
